A young wine from 51% Bobal, 39% Tempranillo and 10% Syrah, aged for five months in French oak barrels. A bright, vibrant cherry red with a violet rim the nose is predominantly red fruits. On the palette, smooth and intense with good structure. Try it with Ratatouille, white beans with Chorizo, fatty or strong flavoured fish or Spaghetti Bolognese.
It's recommended to serve this wine at a temperature of around 13°C.
